Condolences to your family. May you receive comfort from the word of God during this time of loss. Acts 24:15 says there will be a resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous. Can you imagine the joy of Martha and Mary when Jesus raised Lazarus back to life?—Read John 11:21-24, 38-44. Revelation 21:3,4 promises that one day death, mourning, and outcry will be no more. Our condolences to the Kavanagh family on the lass of a great man. Joe will be missed by all those who knew him. Joe left the Navy to devote his life and career to the Navy. His legacy lives on through his family as well as the men and women who continue to support the Navy through NTI. The Navy is grateful for what Joe has done and continues to do .

To Sandra and the Kavanagh family, My deepest sympathy to you for Joe’s loss. He was a very good boss and mentor during the time I was employed as a senior engineer with Vector Research Company from 1972 through 1988. My wife Karen and I enjoyed several wonderful New Year’s Eve parties at your house. I also enjoyed many great fishing trips with Joe and company to Nags Head and staying with him at your summer place. Bob White

I didn't know him well but I recognize the face. That means he was either a good athlete, student or got in lots of trouble. He could have been just a "nice guy". That's how I remember him. I'll Pray for him.
